Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the watch in its original presentation box, including all warranty cards, manuals, and protective packaging to ensure safe transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
